Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a FCC & Maintenance Dispatch professional for the Overnight shift. You will oversee a team of dispatchers, relay information and work orders to facilities leaders, and respond to emergencies and routine requests in a fast-paced environment.

Required are a high school diploma, at least 3 years in office/administrative roles, and knowledge of FCC radio procedures. Fluency in English is essential; second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of office, administrative, customer service or related experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.
• Knowledge of FCC-approved codes and radio procedures required.
• Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations and maintain service levels.
• Receive, relay information, instructions and work orders to facilities team leaders; manage priorities under normal and emergency conditions.
• Enter comments and maintain records of fieldwork and actions in customer account systems.
• Schedule inspections, meter readings, turn-ons and shut-offs as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments and guests to address emergencies and requests.
