Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring a Field Operations Manager to support a select group of Titan Security accounts. The role reports to a Director of Operations and focuses on quality assurance and compliance for team members on assignments.

The position is a 3rd Shift Overnight role requiring at least 1 year of managerial experience in security or related fields, with responsibilities spanning training, coaching, HR support, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of continuous managerial experience (preferably in security or a related field).
• Must be able to work 2nd shift and be available to work the 3rd shift and hold over if needed.
• Experience leading teams and ensuring QA/compliance.
• Ability to respond to escalated security issues or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in customer service and complete QA/compliance procedures and documentation.
• Monitor and coach staff, including attendance issues and performance evaluations.
• Support HR in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
• Prepare reports on incidents, personnel activities, and account trends.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
