Job summary

G1 Facility Services is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Technician in Orlando to perform routine and emergency repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing, and general maintenance. You will diagnose issues, operate CMMS for work orders, and support team efforts to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to read manuals and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial facility maintenance experience.
• HVAC systems knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine repairs on HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC duties.
• Drywall repair, framing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Inspect facility systems and perform corrective actions.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and schedules.
• Collaborate with team to meet departmental goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow protocols.
• Participate in training programs to grow skills.
• Respond to emergencies per protocol.
• Communicate status and changes to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
