• Excellent client communication in person and by phone

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support clients for Emergency and Specialty care
• Coordinate patient arrival, check-in, discharge, transfers, and follow-up communication
• Communicate clearly during stressful situations
• Manage phones, scheduling, payments, records, and client requests
• Coordinate closely with Emergency Veterinarians, technicians, Criticalists, and specialty teams
• Help maintain efficient patient flow during overnight hours
• Maintain accurate client and patient information
• Support continuity of communication between overnight and daytime teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional client-facing environment
