Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store role in BOS-WAREHAM, MA. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, handle checkout with accuracy, and participate in truck unloading and stocking to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store. • Able to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Comfort with cash handling and basic math

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with standard cash handling
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in stock replenishment, planograms and in-stock optimization
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
