Job summary

Arbor Associates in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated overnight DSPs to support preteens and teens with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in a residential school setting. You’ll be the calm, reliable presence during overnight hours to help residents feel safe, supported, and understood.

No prior residential experience is required, and we offer full-time or part-time shifts that fit around school or family commitments.

Qualifications
