Job summary

The Arc Of The Ozarks seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a fixed overnight schedule on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 11 PM to 7 AM in Springfield, MO. Starting pay is $21.00/hour with experience pay available, plus paid initial and ongoing training including CPR/First Aid and MANDT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• 16-hour Medication Administration training required.
• MANDT system workshop completion preferred.
• OSHA Health & Safety training recommended.
• Abuse & Neglect training required.
• Electronic Documentation training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Direct Support to individuals, promoting independence.
• Supports in daily living activities and community participation.
• Assists with managing medications as certified.
• Maintains safe, clean home environments and records progress.
• Partners with teams for durable outcomes and personal plans.
