The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Marshfield, MO. The role offers part-time and full-time hours with a fixed weekly schedule.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with experience-based pay available and comprehensive initial and ongoing training, including CPR/First Aid and more. DSPs mentor, coach, and advocate to help individuals with disabilities achieve independence and personal goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Passionate about helping others develop greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support independent living skills (cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, personal hygiene).
• Help individuals build confidence through hands-on learning and encouragement.
• Take individuals into the community for activities and employment support.
• Provide medication and behavioral support as required.
