Job summary

You will review medical records, communicate with donor families, and collaborate with internal teams to schedule evaluations and donor recoveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year in a call center or customer service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document death referrals from partner agencies.
• Provide guidance on eye donation policies to referral sources.
• Screen potential donors for medical suitability per SOPs and HIPAA.
• Coordinate logistics for donor evaluation and recovery.
• Record donor data accurately in eye bank systems.
• Communicate with families about donation opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy laws.
