Saving Sight is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator for overnight shifts in Missouri. You will receive referrals from partner agencies, guide sources through the eye donation process, and document donor information with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document death referrals from partner agencies and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on the eye donation process to referral sources.
• Screen potential donors for medical suitability per SOPs and regulations.
• Coordinate logistics for donor evaluation and recovery with internal/external teams.
• Record donor data accurately in eye bank systems while maintaining HIPAA privacy.
