Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking an Overnight Dispatcher to join the on-site team in Salisbury, NC. You will be the go-to for after-hours calls, coordinate emergency responses, and help keep stores safe and operations running smoothly.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with benefits enrollment available for consultants. The schedule includes night shifts: Sunday–Wednesday 8:00 PM–6:00 AM and Thursday–Saturday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. This role is on-site and requires local presence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center preferred).
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders.
• Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Support store teams with virtual troubleshooting.
• Identify and communicate or resolve potential security and safety issues at corporate or retail locations.

Schedule:

• Sunday - Wednesday 8:00PM - 6:00AM
• Thursday - Saturday 6:00PM - 6:00AM
