Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Call Center Representative to join a high-energy, on-site team in Salisbury, NC. You’ll monitor alarm systems, respond to signals, coordinate emergency responses, and maintain confidentiality while supporting store teams with alarm troubleshooting and remote training.

Shifts are 1st, 2nd and 3rd, typically 10–12 hours, 3-4 days per week, with starting pay of $18/hour. A customer-service mindset and clear communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center is preferred).
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills.
• Able to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals.
• Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders.
• Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting.
• Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities.
• Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems.
