Job summary

MEI Group USA is seeking a dependable Night Dispatcher to coordinate nightly towing operations in Arlington, TX. You will assist customers and drivers, maintain tow records, and ensure all duties are completed before shift end.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. The Night Dispatcher acts as a key liaison between customers, drivers, property managers, and the towing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have or obtain a valid TDLR Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) License.
• Available for overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Adherence to safety policies and regulations.
• Basic proficiency with dispatch systems and mobile devices.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls regarding vehicle pickups, property managers, and general questions.
• Assist owners, third parties, and lienholders with vehicle releases.
• Process vehicle releases and upload all required documentation.
• Dispatch tow orders to drivers through Omadi.
• Maintain daily driver checkout log and fuel/gas card info.
• Review DVIRs and ensure accuracy.
• Dispatch sign orders and upload property photos.
• Log and secure vehicle keys.
• Submit required tow notifications and audits.
