Job summary

QQR Logistics is seeking a Dispatch Night Operations Associate to manage the on-site night shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee dispatch, load planning, and customer service for the company fleet, driving efficiency and reliability while coordinating with drivers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation, dispatch, fleet management, or logistics operations.
• Subject matter expert in dry van and open deck fleet management.
• Proficient with TMS, ELD, GPS, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily dispatch activities across the company fleet.
• Ensure efficient load planning, route optimization, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: on-time performance, revenue per truck, detention recovery, and driver productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
