Job summary

Roadway Towing & Transportation is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate towing requests and oversee drivers, ensuring timely service for clients. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage driver-client communications, monitor fleet routes, and maintain dispatch records while upholding safety and compliance standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a towing or roadside service dispatcher.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet customer ETA.
• Familiarity with local laws governing impounded vehicles (training provided).
• Experience using two-way radio equipment.
• Geographical knowledge of Miami Dade and Broward counties.
• Knowledge of towing industry or 911 dispatching experience.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• 911 dispatch experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate towing requests and dispatch drivers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain communication between drivers, clients, and stakeholders via phone and TMS.
• Monitor fleet operations to optimize routes and reduce response times.
• Keep accurate records of dispatch activities and service requests.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
