Community Support Services, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Instructional Associate to support individuals with IDD during overnight hours in Gaithersburg, MD. Starting at the rate below training completion, you will monitor health, safety, and behavioral needs, while documenting progress and ensuring a safe home environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with a supervisor, administering medications as ordered, and guiding residents through morning routines and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• MANDT, CPR & First Aid training completed.
• Annual re-certification in MANDT.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor individuals overnight for health and safety.
• Document hourly observations on program service log.
• Inspect house safety and ensure doors locked, alarms on.
• Administer medications as ordered during overnight hours.
• Attend staff and house meetings biweekly.
• Prepare individuals for morning routines.
