Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities during overnight shifts.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Monitor and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals throughout the shift.
• Implement individualized support plans and document progress accurately.
• Respond to behavioral or medical situations calmly and appropriately, following established protocols.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive residential environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions and handoffs.
