Hope Haven Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help clients achieve personal goals and maintain overall wellbeing. The Overnight shift runs 7:00pm to 7:00am, offering a range of benefits and opportunities to make a positive impact each day.

Responsibilities include providing daily living support, documentation, and transportation assistance while promoting safety and community participation. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Provide proof of state minimum liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals meet physical, mental, emotional, and social needs per service plans.
• Provide support and training based on individual goals and safety procedures.
• Teach self-control and self-management skills per training.
• Complete documentation before the end of shift or within 24 hours with supervisor approval.
• Assist individuals with daily activities and scheduling, appointments, and transportation.
