Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the night shift. The role focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through daily activities, transportation, and community inclusion.

Hours are Sunday to Tuesday 7pm–7am and Wednesday 7pm–1am with a guaranteed 45-hour week. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour, with overtime at $15.00 and post-orientation increases to $11.00 base, $16.50 overtime, and $12.40 for hours worked.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license to transport clients as needed.
• Must possess current CPR training.
• Must pass extensive background checks and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreation and community inclusion.
• Transport to appointments as needed; act as job advocate or assist with feeding and hygiene.
