Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provides transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Maintains documentation (behavioral, incident, forms, logs) per FCC requirements and Medicaid guidelines.
• Monitors medications and follows medication management guidelines.
• Organizes recreational activities and models professional behavior and FCC dress code.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA policies.
