Job summary

Mountain Area Community Services (MACS) seeks a dedicated overnight support provider for an active young adult male with complex needs. You will be responsible for round-the-clock care during shifts, ensuring safety, mobility, and daily living activities.

The role requires a physically fit, quick-thinking individual with a clean driving record and excellent communication. Paid training (CPR/First Aid, NCI) is provided, and employment is on-site at MACS facilities.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with Current Vehicle insurance.
• Experience with meal preparation (not microwave meals).
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent social, problem solving and communication skills.
• Must be physically strong and mentally engaging.
• Must be accustomed to high level of activity.
• Must be able to be comfortable with transfers and lifting.
• Must be able to be physically fit to assist with physical transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodic overnight services for an active young adult male with physical, cognitive and behavioral disabilities.
• Be a safe, skilled driver and assist with transfers and lifting.
