Class LTD is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide overnight care in Parsons, KS. This full-time role pays $15.75 per hour with expected 40 hours per week, including Thursday and Monday/Tuesday overnights from 10pm to 8am.

The coach offers companionship, daily living assistance, and coaching to help clients become more independent. Responsibilities include monitoring health and safety, transporting clients, recording medications, and supporting clients in employment and home settings.

Qualifications

• Need strong communication with clients and team.
• Willingness to learn through pre-employment training.
• Ability to work overnights and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and companionship.
• Coaching on coping skills and task completion.
• Distribute and record medications as prescribed.
