CLASS LTD is hiring a Coach - PT - PRN - As needed - Residential in Independence, KS to provide direct support for individuals with disabilities. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, coaching for independence, and health/safety monitoring. Paid training is provided.

Candidates must pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Schedule is PRN with days as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with disabilities is appreciated but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and companionship to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation.
• Coach on coping with challenges and promote independence.
• Monitor client health, safety, and well‑being; record medications as prescribed.
• Participate in training; adhere to dress code; maintain logs.
