Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family member, is seeking a Direct Care DSP for the Fergus Falls (MN) area. The role covers overnight shifts (10pm–8am) with a 7 on/7 off rotation, Wednesday to Wednesday. No driver’s license is needed for this position.

You will support individuals with developmental goals and provide compassionate daily care in a community setting. Ideal candidates have at least six months in human services or direct care.

Qualifications

• Education: No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
