Job summary

People, Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for evening shifts in the Massachusetts area to support adults with development disabilities in a residential setting.

You will join a team that helps with daily activities, community outings, meals, and personal care while following structured routines. No experience is required, and we provide paid on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED- We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
