Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will work on daily activities, meals, personal care, and ensure a structured routine.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. The role offers pay of $21–$22 per hour, on both part-time and full-time tracks, with on-going paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someones life.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid drivers license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support Adults With Development Disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and meal preparation
• Assist with personal care and medical appointments
• Distribute medications
