People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to join our overnight team in Mansfield, MA. This full-time role offers night shifts (11pm-9am) with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment, and a supportive on-the-job training program.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, assisting with daily living, meals, personal care, medical appointments and medication distribution, while
