Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to lead on-site deli operations within the store, owning execution, team leadership, and performance of our fas craves food program. You will drive sales, ensure safety and quality, and build a strong team that delivers a best-in-class deli experience.

You will manage daily operations, supervise food preparation, and partner with the Store Manager to align deli goals with store performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 or 21 depending on state requirements and available shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, including overnight shifts (10 PM–6 AM).
• Excellent English communication, basic math, and strong customer service skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day deli operations with focus on fas craves standards and growth.
• Lead food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotions to maximize sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing deli team with coaching and scheduling.
