Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to lead the on-site deli and food service operations in our Village Pantry-branded store. You will own execution, team leadership, and the performance of our fas craves food program, driving sales and ensuring a standout customer experience.

You will report to the Store Manager and manage day-to-day deli activities, including food preparation, presentation, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with food safety standards, with a focus on growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, including overnight shifts.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day deli operations with focus on fas craves standards and growth.
• Lead all food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotional execution to maximize sales.
• Serve as in-store SME for food service initiatives, supporting rollouts and updates.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing deli team with coaching and scheduling responsibilities.
