Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to serve as the on-site leader of our deli and food service operations within the store. Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements vary by state (18 or 21).
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Food Safety Certification must be obtained or willing to obtain.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day deli operations, ensuring execution of all food programs and standards.
• Lead food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotions to maximize sales.
• Serve as the in-store expert for food service initiatives and new item rollouts.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing deli team and manage schedules.
• Partner with Store Manager to align deli goals with store performance.
