Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks a Deli Assistant Manager to lead the deli and food service operations on-site. You will own execution, team leadership, and performance of our fas craves program, serving as the primary operator of the deli within the store.

This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining high food quality, and building a strong team to deliver a fast, friendly, and exceptional customer experience during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or 21+ depending on state location.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work hard and stay on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deli operations ensuring adherence to fas craves standards.
• Lead food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotions to drive sales.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing deli team with coaching and feedback.
