Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to act as the on-site leader of the deli within the store. You will own execution, team leadership, and performance of fas craves food program, driving growth and customer experience.

You will lead food service operations, manage staff, ensure safety and quality, and partner with the Store Manager to align deli goals with store performance. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in some states or 21+ in others, per location.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily deli operations and execute food programs.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotions.
• Manage deli team with coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Control food cost, waste, and labor efficiency.
