Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a data center.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications.
