Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Lancaster, PA. You will safeguard government facilities, perform patrols, verify credentials, and maintain a visible, professional security presence while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, documenting actions, and communicating with site management. A valid driver's license is required and shifts include day and evening hours with potential overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and government facility occupants while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally; document observations.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of government facilities and adjacent areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear daily activity reports and incident documentation for site management.
