Job summary

The CSR handles POS transactions, cash, and payments, while maintaining inventory and high standards of customer care. This position is non-exempt and may require varied shifts and teamwork with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to work with tools/equipment and perform duties as described above.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register, handle cash and payment forms with accuracy.
• Perform multi-function operation of POS and equipment; maintain site cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform shift closeouts.
