K&G Petroleum is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative at Store 701 in Lakewood, CO. The CSR will provide exemplary customer service, handle transactions on a cash register, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers shifts, merit-based pay increases after a 90-day probation, and a benefits package for eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work with tools/equipment as described above.
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to communicate in English and engage in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register; handle cash and other payments; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and other equipment as required.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep to maintain site cleanliness inside and out.
• Maintain inventory levels and shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and may have irregular hours.
• Notify management of dishonesty; follow vendor check-in procedures and policy for shoplifters.
• Comply with company policies and regulations; complete orientations and trainings.
