Job summary

K&G Petroleum in Parker, CO is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Customer Service Representative. You will work an hourly, non-exempt shift supporting store operations and ensuring excellent service. The role reports to the Store Manager and may include weekend hours.

The CSR handles sales at the cash register, assists customers, maintains inventory, and supports standard store procedures. This position offers growth opportunities within Operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work with tools/equipment and perform duties as described above.
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to communicate in English and engage in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining excellent customer rapport
• Process all sales on cash register properly and accurately, handle cash and other forms of payment; follow cash handling procedures to prevent loss and perform basic arithmetic
• Perform multi-function operation of POS and other equipment as outlined
• Perform cleaning duties necessary to maintain site cleanliness inside and out; basic upkeep and/or cleaning of equipment
• Maintain proper inventory levels and shift closeouts
• Notify store management of any observed dishonesty and follow policy for shoplifters
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Complete/attend all required orientations, trainings, and meetings
