The position requires a High School diploma and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. It offers full-time and part-time options, with potential for growth and advancement within the store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register accurately and handle cash and other payments.
• Perform multi-function operation of POS and other equipment as outlined.
• Maintain site cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with shift closeouts.
