K&G Petroleum in Castle Pines, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Operations team. This hourly role focuses on safety, profitability, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The CSR handles cash, operates the POS, assists customers with purchases, maintains cleanliness, and follows policy and training requirements. Full-time and part-time schedules available; pay in the $18–$19.50 per hour range, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate tools/equipment and follow procedures as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process sales on cash register, handle cash and payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment; perform basic arithmetic as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness and inventory, and complete shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and may cover irregular hours.
