Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company tech.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
