Job summary

PLS is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX at 5757 N.Jim Miller Rd to serve as the face of our financial services organization. You will deliver superior service, educate customers on our products, and ensure transactions comply with regulations.

The CSR will maintain a balanced cash drawer, handle cash transactions, and use our POS system while upholding company standards. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educating customers on products and services
• Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
• Resolving customer complaints or referring to Store Manager
• Helping maintain a neat and clean store environment
• Performing other duties as instructed by management
