Uline, a family‑owned leader in shipping and packaging, is hiring an Overnight Customer Service Representative at the Kenosha, WI branch. Pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour with a $4 shift differential, and full‑time, on‑site hours, including weekends.

You’ll process orders, offer product recommendations, answer pricing and shipping questions, and build strong customer relationships via phone, email and chat. Training is extensive and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Provide product, pricing and shipping information.
• Build business relationships via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering.
