Job summary

Uline is hiring an Overnight Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships and deliver legendary service. This on-site role offers 4- or 5-day schedules, weekends included, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities at Kenosha Branch.

You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and help customers navigate our website and ordering system, while developing problem-solving and communication skills for a long-term career with Uline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using Uline technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert to answer questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
