Job summary

UW Health in Wisconsin seeks a Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care (overnights) and Gen Med/Gen Surg to deliver medication therapy management for inpatients. You will participate in bedside emergencies, rounds, and patient education while caring for diverse inpatient populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree required.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency training program preferred.
• 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience required.
• 3 years of institutional experience or completion of an ASHP accredited residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management as part of interdisciplinary inpatient team.
• Participate in bedside medical emergencies with medication expertise.
• Engage in rounds including med reconciliation, therapy monitoring, and dosing.
• Care for diverse inpatient populations including critical care and medical/surgical.
• Teach and precept pharmacy residents and PharmD students.
