Job summary

Alcott is seeking a Los Angeles Circle Program Overnight Per Diem Case Manager to provide field-based, trauma-informed support through LA's CIRCLE program. You will respond to non-violent crisis calls, perform wellness checks, and link clients to housing, medical, mental health, and substance use services.

Work involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation of interactions, and strict confidentiality. Evening/night shifts and travel in the LA area are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) year of street outreach experience with unhoused or vulnerable populations.
• Valid California Driver's License, clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Completion of Live Scan fingerprinting, comprehensive background check, and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Response & Intervention: respond to non-violent calls, wellness checks, substance use, disputes, transportation needs.
• Case Management & Resource Linkage: connect clients to housing, medical, mental health, and substance use services; document interactions; collaborate with team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reporting requirements; participate in supervision and training.
• Other Duties: perform additional responsibilities to support program operations.
