Zusammenfassung

Alcott in Los Angeles seeks a Case Manager for the UMCR team to respond to non-violent crisis calls with trauma-informed care. You will provide crisis intervention, resource navigation, and follow-up services to individuals in behavioral health emergencies.

This full-time, on-site role offers 12-hour rotating shifts (day or overnight) and a pay range of $23.00 to $26.78 per hour, DOE. A valid CA driver’s license and ability to travel within LA are required, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in case management, street outreach, crisis intervention, or services to unhoused or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Respond to non-violent crisis calls as part of a field-based response team.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral health support, resource navigation, and follow-up services.
• Coordinate referrals and advocate to reduce barriers to accessing services.
