Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours. You will assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities while promoting health, safety, and independence in a compassionate, trauma-informed environment.

You will follow crisis intervention procedures, help implement health and medication protocols, coordinate transportation, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities
