Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance and supervision during overnight hours, assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will promote health, safety, and independence, while advocating for community inclusion and engagement.

You will implement health and medication protocols, coordinate transportation when required, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies or crises.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
