Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor in Massachusetts to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours. You will assist individuals with morning routines, daily living activities, and health and safety procedures to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, following agency protocols, documenting care, coordinating transportation when needed, and advocating for people we serve.
