Job summary

Force Personnel Services is seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman to lead an overnight crew on a long-term project in Oklahoma City. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to manage daily job-site activities with minimal supervision, while maintaining safety and productive operations.

The role requires strong communication, safety knowledge, and hands-on leadership to supervise the crew, coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project

Qualifications

• Extensive construction experience with strong job-site operations knowledge.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Overnight crew leadership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with scissor lifts, boom lifts, and sweepers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate an overnight construction labor crew to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with site superintendents, contractors, employees, and management.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges and safety concerns promptly.
• Utilize Bluebeam to review drawings and coordinate labor and equipment needs.
• Oversee safety practices and enforce PPE usage and site rules.
